Pros:well made; the massage is effective, so it's relaxing, thanks to the fact that you can turn off what you don't want; the neck massage is pleasant
Cons:only up to 175 cm, for short people; taller people need to put a footstool under their feet for the massage to be effective; I wrote to an Alza employee that you can't rest comfortably in the chair, you really feel the massage points a lot on your back and the beam, so just sitting normally is pretty uncomfortable
Pros:The chair is excellent, the massage is great, not every massage therapist can do it like this, relaxing after a workday is lovely.
