Delivery and payment
How to pay, how much delivery costs and how many days it takes for your parcel to arrive.
Delivery
Delivery is made by the courier service BEX Express throughout Serbia.
- For orders over 5,000 RSD delivery is free.
- For orders below that amount, delivery costs 500 RSD.
- The expected delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. If several shipments are combined into one, it takes 5 to 7 working days.
- Deliveries are made on working days between 8 am and 5 pm.
- On the day the courier picks up the shipment you receive a notification, and on the day of delivery a call, so you know when to expect the courier.
The courier service may charge a separate cash handling fee for cash on delivery. This cost is independent of the postage and is charged by the courier service, not by us.
Personal collection
You can collect your order at the shop at Jurija Gagarina 151a, TC Piramida, shop 95, 11070 Novi Beograd, on working days from 9 am to 6 pm. Contact us at 063 397721 before you come so the device is ready.
Payment
Cash on delivery
The most common method. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. No advance payment and no need to share card details.
Bank transfer
If you pay by e-banking or payment slip, you receive the payment details with the order confirmation. In that case, the delivery time is counted from the moment the payment is recorded.
Payment cards
Card payment is arranged by phone with our sales team. If you pay by card, the funds are reserved after the order is confirmed and charged when the goods are handed over to the courier service. You can cancel until the funds are charged.
VAT is included in all prices on the site. The price you see on the product page is the final price, with no hidden costs.
Returns and exchanges
You have the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the Consumer Protection Act. As Naipo devices are personal care products, a return is possible if the device has not been used and the packaging is undamaged.
