How we handle the data you leave on the site.
Who processes the data

What data we collect
- Order data. Name and surname, delivery address, phone number and email. Without them, the order cannot be fulfilled.
- Form data. Name, phone number or email and the text of the message, when you send us an enquiry or a question about a product.
- Technical data. Data that your browser sends during a visit, such as the device type and the page you are viewing.
Why we use it
We use order data solely to fulfil the order, issue a receipt and, if necessary, handle a complaint. We use form data only to reply to your enquiry.
Who we share it with
We share your address and phone number with the courier service BEX Express, as this is necessary for delivery. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep order data for as long as tax and accounting regulations require. We delete messages from forms once the enquiry is closed, no later than one year after receipt.
Cookies
The site uses cookies that are necessary for the cart to work and to remember the cart contents between pages. Without them, shopping would not be possible. Cookies can be deleted in your browser settings, but then the cart will not work properly.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent. Send your request to sales@naipocare.rs.
