PORTATIVE TRADE DOO is the official distributor of the Naipo brand for Serbia. We import and sell the complete range of Naipo massage devices, keep stock in Belgrade and organise warranty service.
The site you are on is our online shop. We also have a retail shop in Belgrade, where you can see and try the devices before buying. This is especially important for larger devices such as massage chairs, because the feel of a massage is hard to describe in words.
What is Naipo
Naipo is a brand of massage devices that combines traditional techniques, above all Japanese shiatsu massage and acupressure, with modern electronics. Production is in China, in Shenzhen. The brand is present in more than twenty countries and is best known for its sales on Amazon, where its neck and foot massagers have been at the top of their category for years.
The range covers six groups of devices: percussion massage guns, shiatsu belts and cushions for the neck and back, foot and calf massagers, compression devices for the legs, eye massagers, and massage chairs. There is also a smart scale for body composition analysis.
Why it matters to buy from the distributor. The same model can be found cheaper in Serbia, from grey imports or second hand. The difference is that with a device bought from us you get a warranty card, a fiscal receipt and claims that you handle directly with us. With grey-import devices there is no chain that handles a fault.
How we work
Stock in Belgrade
Devices marked as available on the site are physically in our warehouse in Belgrade. Orders are shipped on the first working day, and delivery takes 3 to 5 working days by the courier service BEX Express.
Advice before you buy
The most common mistake when buying a massager is choosing one for the wrong purpose. A foot device and a neck device do different things and are not interchangeable. That's why we would rather spend five minutes on the phone than send you a model you won't use. Call 063 397721 and describe where you feel tension.
Warranty and claims
The warranty is 24 months. You report a fault to us, through our shop, and we arrange the repair or replacement. The warranty period is extended for the duration of the repair. Details are on the page warranty and service.
