Warranty and service
The warranty lasts 24 months. Here you can find what it covers, what it doesn't and how to report a fault.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers all product faults caused by manufacturing or material defects. Replacement of faulty parts during the warranty period is free of charge.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not apply to defects resulting from:
- power supply at a voltage not intended for the device, or incorrect polarity when powered from a car
- mechanical damage due to impact, dropping or excessive force
- disassembly or any other external interference with the device's construction
- liquids, insects or other foreign objects getting into the device
- damage to accessories and attachments that are not an integral part of the device, as well as mains adapters, batteries, cables and other external devices
- exposure of plastic and other non-heat-resistant parts to high temperatures
- normal wear of parts with a limited lifespan and consumables
- use contrary to the instructions or negligence
- exceptional circumstances, such as fire, flood, lightning strike or faulty electrical wiring
How to report a fault
Contact us
Call 063 397721 or send an email to sales@naipocare.rs and describe what is happening with the device.
Prepare your documents
To make a warranty claim, you need the original warranty card or a copy of it and the receipt or another document proving the purchase.
The device goes for repair
We arrange the repair or replacement ourselves, through our shop, so you do not have to contact anyone else. The warranty period is extended for the duration of the repair.
Important note about grey import devices. The warranty card is valid only if the device was bought from an authorised distributor. We cannot accept a device bought through classified ads or from unofficial imports under warranty, because there is no proof of origin and date of purchase.
How to extend the life of your device
- Do not use the device for longer than the recommended 15 to 20 minutes per area. The motors are designed for intermittent, not continuous, operation.
- Charge cordless devices at least once every two to three months, even when you are not using them. The battery discharges even when the device is idle.
- Wipe the housings with a dry or slightly damp cloth, without solvents. Do not immerse the device in water unless it is specifically designed for it, like a foot spa bath.
- Remove the massage gun attachments after use and store them in the box so they don't become deformed.
- Do not add salts, oils or foams to the foot spa bath unless the manual explicitly allows it, as they can damage the jets.
