Pros: Just what I need for my tense neck. Adjustable from a gentle to a strong massage. I'm very happy with it and gladly recommend it. Delivery was fast and well packed.

Pros: I got to test this product and I mostly tested it with my husband, because he always has shoulder problems from work. He used this device for two days and he's simply thrilled with the product. You can set 3 speed levels. There are heat levels and you can change the direction. Besides that, it can be used not only for the neck and shoulders, but also for the back, pelvis and legs. So it doesn't slip, there are hand loops. I have to say the hand loops are genius and that way you can always hold the device really well. They convinced me right away. I can imagine that tension can be relieved really well with this, and if it doesn't go away, maybe you should see a doctor and not experiment any further. The delivery includes a power cable for the outlet and a car power plug, so you can take this massager in the car too, or maybe as a truck driver. I can imagine many truck drivers could make good use of this product during their breaks. It also comes with a bag, so the belt can be stored nicely.

If I take the device out and want to put it back after use, it takes a bit of effort. Because the bag is quite exact and doesn't leave much room for sloppy packing. All in all it's still well made and at least gives you a way to store and/or carry the device properly. # Device The device itself simply connects with the power cable. The cable is long enough that I don't have to sit right next to the outlet. The device sits well on the neck and can easily be held in place with the hand loops. The controls are simple and easy to understand. With the four buttons on the hand loop, you can fully control the device. # Heating function When the heating function is on (there are also two heat levels), the balls start glowing red. However, even with the best will in the world, I can't notice any difference in warmth. So either this function isn't fully working on my unit or I just don't feel anything 😉 But even without the heating function, the thing kneads you pretty well. My mother is very often tense in her shoulders and neck and couldn't stand even the gentlest massage setting because of the pain. For me, on the other hand, it was fairly pleasant and afterwards I felt more relaxed than before. ⭐Conclusion: It gives relaxation and comes in a semi-practical carrying bag. The heating function, however, isn't noticeable for me.

Today I received the Naipo oCuddle neck and shoulder massager with adjustable hand loops and heating function as a free test item and tried it out right away. Already while unpacking, everything seems very well made, from the soft faux leather case, the power adapter and the 12V cigarette lighter cable, to the massager itself. Besides the power adapter and car adapter, a nice soft bag and good multilingual instructions are included. The massage part itself seems very high quality and is easy to use, because there are only 4 buttons on one of the two straps used to control the device. Besides the power button, there's a button for the heating element, a button for speed control and finally a button for changing the rotation direction of the massage nodes. The intensity of the massage, which of course only works locally, e.g. around the lower neck vertebrae, is mainly controlled by how hard you pull the massage part into your neck with the two hand loops, so in the end everyone is in charge of their own luck. You should definitely pay attention to the instructions in the manual and get used to it slowly!!! If the fabric part over the massage balls gets dirty, it can be removed with the zipper and washed, the loop straps are easy to adjust in length and everything is CE tested. Since I didn't notice anything negative, I'm giving it 5 stars.

And on the thighs as well as the calves, the device really feels good. The massager is very well made, the material mix and workmanship are high quality. The faux leather is washable, and the cover over the massage heads can be removed and washed. Besides the unfortunately weak heat output, which can be set in two levels, the massage function has 3 speeds, and the rotation direction can be changed at any time. Good value for money.

Cons: It doesn't feel good on my neck itself at all, I get pain very quickly, but that's probably not the device's fault, it's because my neck is sensitive. I only have one complaint, and that's the heat. There's very little heat. A shame, because heat would support the massage really well. Since the device runs on mains power and not a battery, I wonder why they skimped so much on the heat output. That should be fixed.

Pros: The device is easy to put on... the rotating balls turn strongly, and with the loops you put your arms through, you can control the device well on your back/neck, creating more or less pressure. Very good build with a washable inner part. Adjustable hand loops for positioning. Very good value for money. A bag is also included. Since the leather material feels very high quality, soft and pleasant, it's easy to position. I'm completely happy, but I think there will probably be buyers who rate the neck and shoulder massager differently. With many other devices, lots of positive reviews made me lean toward a model, but certain negative reviews swayed me. That's why I decided on the new massager offered on NAIPO.de since 2020, and so far, in my opinion, I haven't regretted it. For this price, with this quality plus the bag and car adapter, it's a good buy.

It hits all the spots and really helps me get rid of stress-related neck and back pain!
