Pros: The Naipo massager arrives well protected in a nice bag. As you can see in the photos, the bag looks very nice and is therefore great for travel. You can switch between different modes. The massage speed can be set to three different levels, as can the direction. The whole device is also very quiet, so you can comfortably use it while watching TV. I always use it in the evening to relax in front of the TV. So far nobody has complained about the noise. I like the color of the massager.

Cons: The massager has no built-in battery. So it always has to be used with the power adapter. The color also has its downsides, because any dirt shows right away. Unfortunately not all dirt can be removed, so black marks stay visible. All in all a great massager whose only negative is the lack of a battery. For the price, there are enough alternatives that can be used cordless.

This is more of a neck and shoulder massager. That means it's mostly for the neck and to some extent the shoulders. Sometimes I just put it behind my back. That works perfectly.

Pros: The device comes with a power adapter and also an adapter for use in the car via the cigarette lighter. The manual is bilingual, German as well as English. The massage pillow changes programs every minute, it's not too strong but clearly noticeable and literally kneads out the tension. There's also a heating function. I currently use the pillow every day for about 15-30 minutes in my home office or on the couch while watching TV, and I don't want to be without it anymore. The build is good, the retail price of 60€ is OK, but it could be a bit lower. All in all a well-deserved good to very good 4 out of 5 stars and a buy recommendation from me.

Cons: At first I struggled a bit to find the best setting for me. Personally I rarely use the heating function, especially now in the warmer part of the year an extra heat source is just too much for me. In winter, on the other hand, I can imagine the heating function being a real plus.

The massager can be stored in the included bag. Handling is pretty simple. Power button, 3 speeds, left/right switch, heat and intensity. You put the massager where you want to be massaged and turn it on. Your hands go through the loops. That way the intensity can be increased or decreased. The loops can also be adjusted individually, so the belt fits any size. On the side there are 2 big and 2 small balls that rotate. Right away I noticed my muscles were so knotted that it hurt quite a bit. But after that it was just very relaxing. The heat is really good too. And you can massage not just your neck, but also your back and legs. Just put it exactly where you need it. What's also very nice is that the inner fabric can be removed for cleaning. CONCLUSION: The massager works great. It's very easy to use and relaxes the muscles so the pain eases. I was always very tense in my neck and upper back and struggled a lot with pain. Of course it really hurt at first, but after a few days the pain was almost gone. That's why I highly recommend this massager.

Pros: Especially after a long day at work, I find it very relaxing to sit comfortably on the couch, put the massager on my shoulders and just let it massage them for a while. Depending on the tension, you can adjust the intensity and temperature. Perfect! A bag for safe storage is also included. So it's ideal for taking along, for example to a hotel. For around 60€ I highly recommend this lovely piece of relaxation.

Pros: The massager makes a very good first impression: It comes in a quality bag for transport and storage. The device itself has a durable, washable faux leather cover. Where it touches the skin, there's a soft fabric layer that can be removed with a zipper for washing. It runs on a regular mains plug or a car charger. You put the device around your neck and slide your forearms through the hand loops. They're adjustable, I set them to the longest length, that's easiest for me. There are only 4 buttons: on/off, changing the rotation direction of the massage heads (not really needed, since it changes automatically), heating function and intensity (really just the rotation speed of the massage heads, the pressure is controlled with the hand loops). Now I also appreciate the heating function. It only becomes noticeable after a few minutes of use and stays mild. Combined with the friction of the massage rollers, I find the mild heat very pleasant and wouldn't want it any warmer at all. I'm really glad I didn't give up after a few minutes and so really got to know the massager. I really don't want to be without it anymore!

My previous massager cost only half as much, but it wasn't nearly as effective. The price isn't cheap, but it works! I sit a lot because I'm a wheelchair user, and because of that I'm naturally often tense in my neck or shoulders, and I'm very happy with the device. The device is well made. I couldn't find any flaws. No complaints. I give it an enthusiastic 5 points.

The second and third levels are only recommended for those who want it a bit stronger. Either way, tension in the neck and shoulder area reliably eases and you feel better overall. Conclusion: From "Naipo" you get an effective massager at a decent price here. Since no flaws were found during the test, it can be recommended with a clear conscience.

Now I use the massager practically every day to massage my neck and shoulders. It's very well made, has neat seams, no smell and feels pleasant on the skin. You simply put the device around your neck or on your shoulders and slide your arms through the loops. They're adjustable and can be adapted to individual use. It can be used sitting, lying down or standing. With the hand loops you can precisely control which parts of the body are massaged and how strongly. I like that and it works great. There are three intensity modes. You simply choose them by pressing a button. The massage heads rotate forward or backward. They switch automatically every minute. But you can also switch them with a separate button. Depending on the body part, I find one or the other mode better. On top of that, there's a heating function you can turn on. I find it very soothing combined with the massage and I use it often. The device turns off automatically after 20 minutes, which I find very practical, because it's easy to lose track of time, and massaging the same spot for too long can lead to new tension. I mostly use it in the evening together with the heating function. It's soothing and helps me a lot with neck and shoulder tension. It's easy to use and can also be on while you watch TV. The noise isn't too loud and I can relax well. The pillow is absolutely soothing to use, really wonderful, I use it in the evening while watching TV and at the office, and two colleagues also ordered it right away after trying it for the first time. When you turn it on, an automatic massage program runs that does a different rhythm and different movements every minute, so you get a really good massage. The heating function is also very pleasant and not too hot at all, just pleasant enough to warm up and relax the muscles. The strap is very, very useful for holding the pillow anywhere on the body and adjusting the massage pressure. I'm thrilled and highly recommend this great massage pillow to everyone, it's a great gift, but also a treat for yourself.
