The massage units are firmly mounted, nothing is loose or wobbly. I'm extremely happy with how the massager is made. It has no smell. The pressure of the rollers takes a little getting used to at first, but it does its job and massages really well! Thanks to the rotating movement, it's a very pleasant kind of massage. The heat during the massage, which you can turn on if you want, is also very pleasant. The buttons on the right side are easy to reach, and your hands sit comfortably in the loops, so the massager stays in place. I also liked the deep back massage. The rollers can also turn the other way, which gives a different massage rhythm. You can turn off the heating function. It helps release tension, I can finally reach the spot between my shoulders that I used to struggle to work on with a tennis ball and the like. Another positive is the power cable, because it's long enough that you don't need an extension. There are 3 different massage levels/speeds and the balls can turn clockwise or counterclockwise... The massage takes a little getting used to at first (for me it was almost too strong the first few times), but it's pure relaxation. The massage intensity can be controlled really well, the more you pull the hand loops the more it will hurt" ➡ but it gets rid of tension in no time! Thanks to the hand loops, the massager can be used not only on the neck and shoulders but also on the back, directly working the sore spots and relaxing the muscles.
