Overall I'm happy with the purchase. At my height of 179 cm, I really like how it massages the back, shoulders and neck. Sure, a proper massage chair does it better, but a chair is much more expensive and takes up a lot more space. Pros: The device feels pretty high quality and is relatively heavy. The back massage function is quite pleasant. The neck function is electrically adjustable in height, so somewhat taller people can use the pad too. All in all, a great thing. The pad couldn't solve my back problems, but it seems pretty well made, has a great heating function and a good remote. The seller has now offered me a discount. With seller support like this, I'm happy to give 5 stars.
Cons: However, here's a big but: the pad might work reasonably well on a really solid chair or car seat. For everything else it's useless. In a TV armchair you keep sliding down, even with a rubber mat underneath. The vibration function on the buttocks could have been left out. In my opinion it's completely unnecessary. In the end, it's always the same spots the pad can massage. Despite that, I can only give 4 stars for the result, because I don't like the price/performance ratio either.

Pros: I've tried a lot of things (back massages, a vibration plate, a shiatsu neck massager), back training at the gym (unfortunately not possible for a long time). So I treated myself to something good. At first I was a bit skeptical, but after using it a lot I really have to say, wow. But you really can't be a wimp. Because the balls massage with quite a lot of pressure. Since I like that anyway, it's not a problem for me. Quick note about me: I'm 173 cm tall - ideal for the back and neck. Thanks to the many manual adjustment options, it's perfect for any sore area. The first 4 uses were painful, but I also had a lot of tension. So, pain treated with pain. Now I'm hooked, I use it every other day and feel much, much better. I have almost no tension, I don't need painkillers anymore and I can move much better. It doesn't slip. Since it's well secured with the Velcro strap on the back. I also put my feet up on the chair. That makes it more stable and lets you build up even more pressure. I love it and would buy it again any time.
Cons: If the neck massage function massaged the shoulder area even more, it would be perfect. But that's nitpicking at a high level.
So far I've only tested the massage pad on my office chair.
Pros: The massage can be adjusted really well. You can set the height of the massage and where it should massage. If it hurts too much, just don't lean back so hard. We can only recommend buying it. Very fast and good delivery. Great material finish. Easy to operate with the remote. It can also be used in the car, since a cigarette lighter cable is included, and it's easy to swap. Highly recommended.
