Pros: Delivery was very fast. The carrying bag is a great extra, and it's also designed so the neck massager fits in without any trouble. Just plug it into the charger and you're ready to go. Personally, level 1 is enough for me, but if you want it a bit stronger, no problem, just choose 2 or 3. Great relaxation while watching TV.
