Pros: I liked the shoulder/neck massager. It looks exactly as shown in the picture/description. In light gray it looks elegant. For that price you can of course only expect faux leather, but it's soft and comfortable. You can set different levels, heat and direction of rotation. A car adapter is included too. Another highlight is the bag, which is nice and can be taken on trips.

Cons: The only improvement would be a cordless version, but with a battery it would be heavy. Well, you can't have everything.
