Pros: I use the massager to relax my neck muscles after a hard day in front of the monitor. It's easy to handle and very relaxing. After a few minutes of use, the muscles are already relaxing. The option to turn on heating at two levels is also something special. Positives: easy to handle, intensity adjustable in steps, pleasant massage, very quiet, removable and washable cover, incl. storage bag for the device, incl. power adapter, incl. adapter for connecting to the car cigarette lighter, long connection cable.

Cons: Negative: no battery operation.

Pros: This device mainly consists of 2 rotating parts with 4 balls of different sizes that turn in both directions. These balls do the massaging while the rotating platforms turn. It has 3 different rotation speeds and 3 heat levels (no heat, low heat, medium heat). It also comes very well packed in its case, so you can store it well so it doesn't get dirty/damaged when you're not using it.

Cons: In my opinion, one of the balls is too big and the massage would be satisfying if they were all a similar size. When I bought it, I thought this device would run on a battery or something like that, but I was wrong. Whenever you use it, it has to be plugged in, because it has no rechargeable battery and you can't put batteries in it.
