Now I use it every day. It's an extremely soothing and relaxing feeling. It's worth getting your muscles used to it gradually, at a low speed and without much force (on these devices you control the force by pulling the strap as much as you want against your neck). Since I've been using it, I sleep much better and my pain has gone down a lot. The heating function isn't worth much, but the material is pleasant to the touch. It can also be used in the car, but I think that's pointless (while driving).
