I bought the device to improve my shoulder and arm problems. The device is top-notch. I don't want to be without it anymore and I use it almost every evening. It applies more pressure than I thought/expected; the heat output is pleasant - it doesn't get hot. It's great that it runs on a battery - you can walk around with it or just lie on the couch for 15 minutes. (The battery lasts longer) and do something good for yourself.

We love it, very quiet, no smell, can be used anywhere, also for the feet, arms, legs. And being cordless it's of course super practical, because there are no tangled cables.
