The massage balls with the heating function massage the back and neck excellently, relaxing and warming the muscles. The seat vibration is more of an option you can use or not, because the vibration motors don't give the same wow effect as the actual massage. I also tried using it in the car on long trips, also a very useful thing - relaxing your back after hours of driving.
