Pros: A great, irreplaceable thing for the whole body, it nicely relieves tension in my legs and neck after the gym. The infrared light warms the neck nicely. It massages gently, I move it all over my back and enjoy it. It has 3 modes, can be used without heating, relaxes the whole back. Nice relaxation.
