Pros: It serves its purpose and gives relief after use. It's good that it can change speeds and the direction of rotation, which makes up for its shortcomings. This is our first massager, so I have nothing to compare it with, but it seems well made.
Cons: For me the massage balls are a slight disappointment, they're too hard and it's not easy for me to position the massager.
