Cons: Handling is a bit strange. When it's on your neck you can still sit comfortably, although you have to be careful not to press too hard through the hand loops, because it quickly becomes painful. If you want the device to massage your shoulders or back, you have to sit on a stool without a backrest or lean forward very uncomfortably.
None of us was completely relaxed after the massage, maybe we just haven't found the right way to handle it yet...
