Pros:The massager is excellent! Light, easy to handle; The massager has heating, that's a really big plus! There's a button to change the intensity, three levels. The power cable is long enough, enough to sit on the couch and massage yourself.
Cons:None found yet.
When working at the computer I feel heaviness in my shoulders and neck. This massager is simply a revelation! I felt relief after the 4th session. Thanks WB! We were choosing between two models, in the end we took the more expensive one and we don't regret it.
