Pros: Light, comfortable, and it has three different speeds. The two heating functions are nice too. Storage bag included and it can be used in the car.

Cons: It's hard to tell whether I've set what I want correctly (which one is higher). It shouldn't be seen as the only tool for solving the problem if, like me, you have fairly "serious" pain.

Since I bought it, I use it every day... I preferred it to a rechargeable one because it seems more flexible to me, I can use it whenever I want without worrying about having to charge it. I can only use the first speed, the others are too much for my sore neck. It's hard for me to say whether it relieves the pain because I haven't replaced physiotherapy sessions with it... but I'm sure it helps if you use it consistently. In the end, I would absolutely recommend it once you've got into the habit of using it, but it shouldn't be seen as the only tool for solving the problem if, like me, you have fairly "serious" pain. One last positive and not insignificant point is the included storage bag and the option to use it in the car too (obviously not for the driver 😁)... a touch of style never hurts in my opinion.
