I took a chance and ordered it - and it simply handles its job fantastically! I even turn it on at first speed, because it seems to me the massager is a beast on the higher ones. And the massage feels like someone behind me is working with their fingers, not a massager. The heating also warms the muscles really well during the massage. You can also move it down to other areas, for example the shoulder blades. I'm happy with the purchase!
