After 3 weeks of using it 3 times a week, the shoulder pain (with difficulty raising my arm) caused by tension in my neck and upper back is almost gone. I should say I've been dragging this pain around for 5 years, I booked lots of osteopathy sessions to unblock my shoulder and had physiotherapy... and this little 60 € device did the job in 3 weeks. I recommend it without reservation.
