Pros: I'm a shiatsu practitioner and I think this massager is brilliant. Its functions let you adjust it fairly individually. Depending on how hard you are on yourself, the massager's pressure is strong accordingly and sometimes almost at the pain threshold. It comes very close to that releasing and ultimately beneficial pain I only know from shiatsu. A clear buy recommendation from me. All the best, Roland.
