Pros: The device is very pleasant and I like it. Easy to handle and an effective shoulder massage. TOP.

Cons: But it doesn't deserve them. The design isn't ergonomic at all, the spacing between the balls means the massage doesn't work out well, and apart from the neck, it's impossible to hold it in one position. Chinese models at half the price give better results. In this case, the extra cost goes to the brand, not the quality or design.
