Cons: A bit heavy. It's OK for the neck, but if you want to move it down to the middle or lower back, it's pretty awkward to use. It can't massage with a lot of force, the motor can't handle it if you press it too hard against your back. Not suitable for treating big muscle spasms or sports injuries, but it's good for an everyday relaxing massage, for example after sitting.
Main criteria for choosing the product: Well, it's not a human hand, but it still works well. The first time we got a faulty product, but Alza replaced it without any problems.
