Cons: The cover tore and now the fabric winds around the rollers and everything shuts off.

Pros: I don't usually write reviews, but for this product I have to. Bought more or less blind, but I don't regret it. I recommend it with all ten fingers. Practical packaging, easy handling, use and positioning on different parts of the body, with/without heat, 3 intensities and direction change.
Cons: It's harder to position on my thin back, but it's still great. The other family members aren't complaining.
