Pros: 100% satisfied. Does what it promised. Great for the neck, which is what matters most to me. Works well for the lower back too. For other parts of the back it's good to have it leaning against something.

Pros: Sale price, flexible product, easy upkeep, no breakdowns. I've had it for a while now, I bought it this year on sale as a gift. It helps me with strain from working at the computer, and everyone I've recommended the collar to praises it. I also had a cheaper version, but that one wasn't flexible. Being able to use it on longer car trips thanks to the cable connector is a big bonus, and so is the bag. There are lots of products out there, but this one has worked flawlessly for several years. It's easy to keep clean thanks to the material. The only downside is that the cable pocket has no Velcro, so the contents fall out when you open the bag, but I'll buy some and stick it on. I recommend it.

But their length is comfortable for adults of different builds and for teenagers too. Also, there are no adjustment straps dangling around. In short, nothing unnecessary. There's a Velcro strap that lets you conveniently attach the massager to your lower back like a belt, or to your shoulders like a backpack) The 15-minute timer is enough for a great full back massage. Now my relatives and friends are lining up to try it. And I'm really thrilled and recommend it to everyone!!! Strong, like a massage therapist's hands)) Compact, nothing unnecessary. Built-in battery. Put it on your shoulders - and enjoy))) You can massage your whole back.
