Below that amount, a charge of 500 dinars applies. The courier service may charge a separate cash handling fee, independent of the postage.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"harmonika\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"harmonika-glava\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><span>How long does delivery take?<\/span><span class=\"znak\"><\/span><\/button><div class=\"harmonika-telo\"><p>Usually 3 to 5 working days, by the courier service BEX Express. Let us know before you come so the product is ready.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"pitanja-grupa\"><h3>Warranty and service<\/h3><div class=\"harmonika\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"harmonika-glava\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><span>How long is the warranty?<\/span><span class=\"znak\"><\/span><\/button><div class=\"harmonika-telo\"><p>All devices come with a 24-month warranty. It covers faults caused by manufacturing or material defects, and replacement of faulty parts is free of charge.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"harmonika\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"harmonika-glava\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><span>What does the warranty not cover?<\/span><span class=\"znak\"><\/span><\/button><div class=\"harmonika-telo\"><p>Mechanical damage from drops or impacts, liquid ingress, opening the device yourself, damage from incorrect voltage, and normal wear of parts with a limited lifespan, such as batteries and attachments.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"harmonika\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"harmonika-glava\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><span>Who do I report a fault to?<\/span><span class=\"znak\"><\/span><\/button><div class=\"harmonika-telo\"><p>To us, through our shop. As these are personal care devices, a return is possible if the product has not been used and the packaging is undamaged.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"pitanja-grupa\"><h3>Use<\/h3><div class=\"harmonika\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"harmonika-glava\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><span>How long can one massage last?<\/span><span class=\"znak\"><\/span><\/button><div class=\"harmonika-telo\"><p>We recommend 15 to 20 minutes per area. Most devices have a timer that switches them off automatically.
