Replacement of faulty parts during the warranty period is free of charge.<\/p>\n<h2>What the warranty does not cover<\/h2>\n<p>The warranty does not apply to defects resulting from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>power supply at a voltage not intended for the device, or incorrect polarity when powered from a car<\/li>\n<li>mechanical damage due to impact, dropping or excessive force<\/li>\n<li>disassembly or any other external interference with the device's construction<\/li>\n<li>liquids, insects or other foreign objects getting into the device<\/li>\n<li>damage to accessories and attachments that are not an integral part of the device, as well as mains adapters, batteries, cables and other external devices<\/li>\n<li>exposure of plastic and other non-heat-resistant parts to high temperatures<\/li>\n<li>normal wear of parts with a limited lifespan and consumables<\/li>\n<li>use contrary to the instructions or negligence<\/li>\n<li>exceptional circumstances, such as fire, flood, lightning strike or faulty electrical wiring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to report a fault<\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f22645 elementor-widget elementor-widget-naipo-kartice\" data-id=\"4f22645\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"naipo-kartice.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"n-blok\"><div class=\"koraci pojava\"><div class=\"korak\"><h3>Contact us<\/h3><p>Call 063 397721 or send an email to sales@naipocare.rs and describe what is happening with the device.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"korak\"><h3>Prepare your documents<\/h3><p>To make a warranty claim, you need the original warranty card or a copy of it and the receipt or another document proving the purchase.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"korak\"><h3>The device goes for repair<\/h3><p>We arrange the repair or replacement ourselves, through our shop, so you do not have to contact anyone else. The motors are designed for intermittent, not continuous, operation.<\/li>\n<li>Charge cordless devices at least once every two to three months, even when you are not using them. The battery discharges even when the device is idle.<\/li>\n<li>Wipe the housings with a dry or slightly damp cloth, without solvents.
